Catered chalet holidays in the heart of the Portes du Soleil
Food
At Allez Alps, we believe that food is central to your holiday experience. That’s why we put every effort into ensuring that each meal you have is as memorable as the last. Wake up to the smell of freshly baked croissants; follow them with a hearty cooked breakfast. Come back to home-made cakes in front of the roaring fire, then settle in for a sumptuous four course meal with carefully selected wines and a fine array of cheeses, many of them sourced from the local farm shop.

Our ever evolving winter menu combines traditional local dishes with modern, lighter fare. Wherever possible we make and prepare everything in house – from stocks and sauces, ice creams and sorbets, jams, preserves and liqueurs, even our very own La Moussière butter and sourdough to accompany certain meals. We hope that this adds a special touch to your day, whilst ensuring that nothing goes to waste. Younger children will often eat earlier, enjoying a comforting, two course meal prepared freshly.
Our summer menu takes advantage of our beautiful outdoor kitchen, using the wood fired oven and hot smoker to bring out the best of the fantastic produce we have available. We can also make traditional Neapolitan style pizzas for our B&B guests in our pizza oven – freshly prepared and at a time that suits.

We have extensive experience of catering to any dietary requirement or food choice– just tell us when you book and all meals will be prepared exactly how you need them.
From winter 2019 we would also like to introduce a meat-free night once a week. We hope that this will enhance your holiday experience – beautiful, imaginative meat free cookery, lovingly prepared from good quality ingredients – whilst going at least a small way to mitigate the environmental impact of the ski industry. We do understand that this must be a choice – if you wish to opt out then just let us know.
