We will be waiting for you as you enter the arrivals
hall holding up an Allez Alps sign. The journey to resort normally
takes about 75 minutes but traffic and weather conditions can effect
this.
We will
give you our mobile telephone number as a precaution and we ask for
your's. If your incoming flight is significantly delayed we ask you
to call or text us letting us know of the delay and again as you
board. We can then re-arrange our schedules accordingly. If your
flight is delayed we will do whatever is possible for you to be met
as you arrive.
For your return journey we normally leave resort 3¼ hours
before your scheduled departure time although we reserve the right
to leave earlier if necessary.
As you will appreciate we can be meeting many flights, both incoming
and outgoing, each day. We always endeavour to make your journey
time as short as possible and will never keep you waiting unnecessarily.
Your transfer may be shared with other passengers and on oaccassions we may subcontract the journey to a
reputable company in order that you complete your journey as quickly
as possible.
Please note that if you notify us of an incorrect arrival time or
fail to notify us of a significant delay we may make an additional
charge if it involves us in having to make an additional trip. It's
not something we like to do but it helps us keep the price down on
normal journeys. |
