Prices are per week
from the first Saturday or Sunday in the month and include cleaning, electricity
and all linen. Please enquire if you would like a short break or alternative
start date.
A deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm
your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

A security deposit of £150 is required with each booking to cover damage and breakages. We would anticipate refunding this within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday.
We reserve the right to amend prices, but once your holiday is booked the holiday price is guaranteed against any change. There will be no surcharges. All local taxes are included in the published price.
